Job summary

Jeff Wyler Acura of Fairfield is seeking a results-driven Finance & Insurance Manager to coordinate vehicle financing and present protection plans. The role focuses on building lender relationships, structuring deals, and delivering a transparent, compliant finance process for customers.

Ideal candidates will have automotive F&I management experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of achieving profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Automotive F&I management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Finance & Insurance sales: Present and explain financing options, extended service contracts, GAP protection, maintenance plans, and other products to customers.
• Lender relationships: Work with banks, credit unions, and other lending institutions to secure options and approvals.
• Deal structuring: Review credit applications, evaluate financing options, structure deals, and assist in securing approvals.
• Profitability: Achieve F&I performance goals, product penetration, finance reserve where permitted, and per-retail-unit profitability.
• Customer experience: Deliver a transparent, professional, and efficient finance process.
• Compliance: Ensure all F&I transactions comply with laws, privacy standards, and dealership policies.
• Documentation: Prepare, review, and submit contracts, disclosures, and funding documents.
• Dealership teamwork: Coordinate with sales and accounting for smooth handoffs and funding.
• Funding & follow-up: Monitor funding and resolve stipulations to minimize delays.
• Process improvement: Stay current on lender programs and F&I products.
