Job summary

INFINITI Stuart, part of Murgado Automotive Group, seeks a seasoned BDC Sales & Service Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional client experience in luxury automotive settings.

You will own daily BDC operations, build processes to generate quality appointments, coach staff, and manage KPIs to improve conversions and customer satisfaction. Collaboration with Sales, Service and Marketing is essential to prevent any lead mismanagement.

Qualifications

• Proven BDC management experience (automotive preferred).
• Strong coaching ability and accountability.
• Excellent communication and CRM proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the BDC so every lead is worked quickly, professionally, and consistently.
• Build and refine processes that drive more quality appointments for both sales and service.
• Coach, train, and motivate BDC representatives to hit (and exceed) individual and team goals.
• Own the numbers — track KPIs, spot trends, and continuously improve conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with Sales, Service, and Marketing to ensure no leads fall through the cracks.
• Set the standard for how clients are treated from the first contact.
