Job summary

INFINITI Stuart, a flagship of Murgado Automotive Group, seeks an experienced BDC Sales & Service Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will coach a BDC staff, refine processes, and partner with Sales, Service, and Marketing to ensure no lead falls through the cracks.

You’ll own KPI tracking, conversion optimization, and customer satisfaction, while upholding the highest service standards in a luxury automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Proven BDC management experience (automotive preferred).
• Track record of leading a successful team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong coaching ability and comfort holding people accountable.
• Excellent communication skills and solid CRM proficiency.
• Customer-first mindset with a focus on building lasting relationships.
• Analytical, organized, and able to turn data into action.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the BDC so every lead is worked quickly, professionally, and consistently
• Build and refine processes that drive more quality appointments for both sales and service
• Coach, train, and motivate BDC representatives to hit (and exceed) individual and team goals
• Own the numbers — track KPIs, spot trends, and continuously improve conversion and customer satisfaction
• Partner closely with Sales, Service, and Marketing so leads never fall through the cracks
• Set the standard for how clients are treated from the very first contact
