Vivmark Residential is seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to join our apartment communities and drive the leasing process with a focus on exceptional service.

You will conduct tours, tailor floorplan recommendations, and nurture leads through follow-ups, with Saturday availability required to meet high-traffic periods. The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, organization, and knowledge of fair housing laws to ensure compliant, welcoming experiences for residents.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Make engaging, tailored property tours and recommend optimal floorplans.
• Follow up on every lead with updates and tailored information to convert interest into a lease.
• Coordinate with leasing team to ensure smooth operations and occupancy goals.
• Maintain a welcoming, customer-focused environment and provide exceptional service.
