Vivmark Residential in Miramar, FL is seeking a Senior Leasing Consultant to lead daily leasing operations at our apartment community and deliver luxury living experiences. You will conduct tailored tours, drive leasing performance through creative campaigns, and nurture relationships with prospective residents.

Weekend availability is required and strong customer service, sales, and leadership skills are essential.

Formación

• 1+ year leasing or customer service in real estate or property management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming community experience
• Drive leasing performance through personalized tours, campaigns, and outreach
