Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to manage daily leasing operations at one of our apartment communities in Miramar, Florida. You will guide prospective residents through tours, highlight floorplans, and showcase luxury living to create an exceptional experience.

This full-time role requires 1–2 years in leasing or customer service, strong communication skills, and reliability for Saturday availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years in leasing or customer service, preferably real estate.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead guided tours and help residents find the best floorplan.
• Drive leasing performance through tailored updates and campaigns.
• Maintain Saturday availability for peak periods.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and community feel.
