Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate for our San Marcos, CA community. You will greet prospects, tour properties, process applications, run credit and background checks, prepare lease docs, and ensure a smooth move-in process.

Requirements include 1–2 years in leasing in Class A/luxury properties, knowledge of fair housing, and proficiency with phone/email follow-up. Prior experience with lease-up cycles and CRM systems is a plus. Housing discount is available.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with fair housing laws and sales processes.
• Polished presentation and strong follow-up via phone and email.
