• Delivering exceptional customer service to current and future residents.

• Supporting the Property Manager with day-to-day community operations.
• Processing applications, lease documents, and renewals.
• Maintaining accurate resident files and records.
• Building positive relationships with residents while providing timely issue resolution.
• Assisting with marketing initiatives and resident retention programs.
• Working closely with the maintenance team to ensure an exceptional living experience.
