Job summary

Sherman Associates in Saint Louis Park, MN, seeks an Assistant Property Manager II to support the Property Manager in daily operations for Solene, a 146-unit luxury market-rate community opening soon. This lease-up property will also support a future development, with on-site staff enjoying free parking and a resident-focused environment.

The role covers leasing, tenant relations, compliance, financial tracking, renewals, and vendor coordination, with a Tue–Sat 8 AM–5 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of residential real estate experience or equivalent.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Affordable Housing programs preferred.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Real Page or similar.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing activities, tours, screenings, and lease prep.
• Monitor market conditions and adjust pricing/offers.
• Maintain resident records and ensure compliance.
• Assist with renewals, collections, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate vendor services and track program deadlines.
