Qualifications

• Minimum of three years Property Management experience.
• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Polite, courteous and helpful to clients under various circumstances.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proven problem solving skills and sound judgement.
• Working knowledge of leasing, maintenance, marketing, and resident programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to ensure residents live in safe, clean, well-maintained communities.
• Oversee on-site staff.
• Lead marketing and leasing efforts to provide information and housing for new tenants.
• Lead move-in/move-out, community events and resolve tenant issues.
• Process incoming rent checks and maintain financial records.
• Comply with policies and regulations related to multi-family affordable housing.
• Handle reporting and site administration.
