Salary Range: $22.00 To $23.00 Hourly

We’re looking for a hands-on Assistant Property Manager for a 236-unit luxury residential community in Wisconsin. In addition to a competitive base salary, this role is eligible for performance-based incentives and commission opportunities tied to leasing performance, occupancy goals, and overall property results. As the Assistant Property Manager, you'll play a key role in the daily operations and success of the community by:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Leasing apartment homes and providing outstanding tours to prospective residents
