Job summary

InterContinental Indianapolis, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Serliana Café Restaurant Server to deliver exceptional service in a luxury setting on Monument Circle. You will engage guests, explain menu items, and support smooth dining experiences from greeting to check-out.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with exceptional service to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Review the menu and become familiar with food and beverage items and pairings.
• Greet guests and explain specials and promotions.
• Take orders, answer questions, and propose recommendations.
• Present checks accurately and deliver with correct condiments.
• Maintain station cleanliness and reset tables between courses.
• Close guest checks and complete side work as scheduled.
