Job summary

InterContinental Indianapolis is seeking a Busser to support dining room operations at Serliana Restaurant. You will clear and reset tables, assist with water service, and help maintain pristine dining and lounge areas while collaborating with servers and bar staff.

The role requires physical stamina, reliability for night/weekend/holiday shifts, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards. You’ll be part of a team delivering exceptional guest experiences at a luxury property on Monument

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
• Assist with water service and general guest needs
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and lounge areas
• Support opening/closing setup and breakdown
• Work closely with servers and bar staff
• Follow safety and sanitation standards

What we need from you

• The strength to lift, push and pull big objects up to 50lbs (23 kg) which can also involve bending and kneeling
• A good grasp of reading, writing and basic math
• The flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Compliance with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol – you’ll need to be above the minimum age required and fluent in the local language
• Great communication – you’ll be warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to

The hourly pay rate for this role is $15.
