Bloomingdale's is seeking an Alterations Manager to lead the store's alterations operation with a focus on craftsmanship and service excellence. You will coach the alterations team, partner with store leadership, and drive on-time delivery and quality to deliver a premium client experience.

Responsibilities include staffing, payroll and expense management, coaching, and maintaining efficient workroom operations while upholding luxury service standards across all alterations projects.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years direct alterations experience.
• Prior leadership experience required.
• Basic computer skills for administrative responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with diverse groups of customers and peers.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of alterations professionals to deliver premium customer service.
• Partner with Store Leadership to align alterations priorities with sales and service objectives.
• Educate staff on alterations capabilities, garment fit, and service standards.
• Ensure timely completion of alterations while meeting quality standards and delivery timelines.
• Monitor payroll, supplies, and non-payroll expenses to support financial goals.
