• Minimum 10 years direct experience in alterations leadership.
• Prior leadership experience required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse groups of customers and peers.

• Lead and develop alterations team to drive productivity, quality and engagement.
