Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests, and flight crews with professionalism and hospitality.
• Coordinate ground services, reservations, transportation, and luggage handling.
• Serve as liaison between guests, departments, and vendors for seamless service.
• Operate radio systems and communicate with aircraft and ground teams.
• Maintain terminal cleanliness and compliance with safety rules and procedures.
• Maintain daily aircraft activity records and report incidents as needed.
• Provide information about events, amenities, and airport rules.
• Support last-minute requests with flexibility and a positive attitude.
