Job summary

Playa Largo in Key Largo, FL seeks a courteous valet/porter to welcome guests and assist with luggage and vehicle services. You will escort guests to rooms, explain hotel amenities, and help with directions to local attractions, while maintaining security and room access confidentiality.

Responsibilities include handling guest requests, delivering items to rooms promptly, and ensuring lobby areas are orderly. A valid license, clean record, and some college preferred are valued attributes.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required for hotel valet duties.
• Excellent driving record and safe driving habits.
• Prior guest relations experience or training preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions helpful.
• Able to communicate clearly with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Transport guest luggage to/from guest rooms.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel services and features.
• May perform valet services: drive, park, and retrieve vehicles.
• Greet guests on arrival and assist during their stay.
• Assist guests with loading/unloading luggage and items.
• Provide accurate directions to local attractions and transport options.
• Monitor lobby appearance and protect guest room access confidentiality.
• Handle guest requests and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
