Responsibilities

• Be on time for your shift.
• Issue spa lockers, robes and slippers to guests and escort to lockers.
• Provide orientation tour and answer questions about spa amenities.
• Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized spa environment.
• Stock locker room supplies and maintain inventory sheets.
• Review guest appointments as needed.
• Actively promote spa treatments, services and promos available.
• Maintain professional eye contact with guests and colleagues.
• Address guest questions and concerns professionally.
• Work independently without constant supervision and stay at post as required.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a quality work environment.
• Attend training and staff meetings for the spa.
• Assist in all areas of spa operations as requested by management.
• Communicate any incidents involving staff or guests to management.
