Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a Brand Ambassador to support our Client Relations Center in Miami. You will advise clients by phone and web, build a premium relationship, and identify sales opportunities while delivering the highest level of service.

The role requires luxury retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple channels with care and precision. Flex hours and travel may be involved to sustain client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Fashion, Retail or related field.
• 3+ years in contact center/customer service/retail environment or equivalent.
• Experience in eCommerce or luxury retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients via phone, email and chat.
• Achieve sales KPIs and meet SLAs while delivering exceptional service.
• Provide expert product knowledge on Van Cleef & Arpels and customer education.
• Process orders and navigate multiple systems with accuracy and speed.
• Collaborate with boutique network for referrals and enhanced client experience.
