Job summary

Key responsibilities include managing product registration for repairs and maintenance, and consulting on After Sales issues.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in Sales Administration or Customer Service, along with a preferred bachelor’s degree and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.

The position offers hourly compensation of $30-$32 along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a Sales Administration or Customer Service role.
• Experience in the luxury watches or jewelry industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage product registration for repairs and maintenance.
• Obtain updates from service facilities and factories and assist sales associates.
• Ensure accurate After Sales Service statistical information and inventory results.
• Consult with Management or Sales Team on After Sales issues.
