Job summary

Dr. Alexander Ereso invites an experienced Experience and Patient Coordinator to join our San Francisco Bay Area practice on a part-time, hybrid basis.

You will be the primary touchpoint for patients, managing inquiries, coordinating consultations, scheduling, and guiding them through the patient journey with white-glove service. Ideal candidates bring luxury hospitality or high-end retail experience, excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and a proactive approach to patient conversion

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality, premium retail, concierge medical environments, or aesthetic practice patient coordination.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a track record of trust-building.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to guide patients with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound inquiries via digital channels, phone, and social media with professional consultative tone.
• Conduct thorough patient consultations and frame the patient journey to align with doctor recommendations.
• Coordinate schedules and touchpoints from inquiry to post-operative follow-up.
• Explain financial commitments and address questions with empathy to support conversion.
• Attend clinical consultations when needed to capture notes for the care pipeline.
• Maintain a pristine, luxury-standard front office and client environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing, social media, and patient acquisition.
