• Healthcare or patient-facing experience welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create a highly personalized patient experience from arrival to departure.
• Own in-clinic patient experience including onboarding and check-in.
• Maintain clean, organized, welcoming treatment spaces throughout the day.
• Prepare and reset treatment rooms between patients with attention to detail.
• Support physicians and clinical staff with day-to-day operations.
• Assist with rooming patients, taking vital signs, and basic procedures.
• Manage inventories of clinical supplies and patient amenities.
• Handle scheduling, care coordination, payments, and insurance eligibility.
• Assist patients with navigation and basic physical assistance when needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate with the team.
