Job summary

Crash Champions in Florida is seeking a dedicated Estimator to guide customers through the repair journey, explain insurance procedures, and ensure accuracy of damage evaluation.

You will complete initial and post-disassembly estimates, manage each repair through QC, and keep customers informed with transparent updates. You’ll work with Body Technicians on data procedures, pre-close orders, and carrier-required documents to close files efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience providing vehicle repair estimates and finalizing them.
• Ability to communicate with customers about repairs, process, and insurance steps.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair process, insurance procedures, rights, techniques, safety, and value.
• Complete initial and post-disassembly estimates and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair and ensure quality with in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed with status updates for their vehicles.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close final repair order and handle disbursement paperwork.
