KEENER MANAGEMENT LLC in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant to deliver superb customer service, showcase apartments, and manage the move‑in process with accuracy and urgency.

You will follow lead management practices, coordinate with maintenance, assist with renewals, and help attract residents through effective marketing while upholding Fair Housing and company policies.

Formación

• Minimum of six months’ experience in customer service, sales, or a retail position.
• Superior customer service skills with the ability to manage difficult situations.
• Strong ability to close.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible scheduled as assigned by the company.
• Demonstrate ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect pertinent data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and initiate appropriate course of action.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational planning, time management and communications skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
• Perform and complete tasks despite frequent interruptions.
• Must be willing to travel and assist at other Keener Properties as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver superior customer service and represent Keener; maintain a positive attitude.
• Follow lead management software; clear leads daily.
• Inspect pre-leased apartments for readiness.
• Maintain clean leasing office, tour path, and curb appeal.
• Showcase property and communicate pricing, floor plans, amenities to prospects.
• Guide the leasing and move-in process; ensure compliance with Fair Housing requirements.
• Assist in lease renewals and distribute renewal notices.
• Maintain inventory of available apartments and resident info.
• Ensure communication between leasing office and maintenance team.
• Assist management with marketing strategies and market comparisons.
