Job summary

Wynn Las Vegas is seeking an Assistant Manager for Spa Operations to partner with the Operations Manager in delivering world-class spa experiences. You will provide visionary leadership, cultivate a high-performance team culture, and serve as Spa Manager on Duty during shifts.

You will maintain Wynn Forbes Five-Star service standards, mentor staff, manage payroll and scheduling, and drive service excellence across all spa facilities while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading luxury spa or resort teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to uphold Wynn Forbes Five-Star service standards.
• Proficiency with spa management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Spa Manager on Duty during shifts and coordinate guest requests.
• Oversee labor, payroll, scheduling, benefits, and staff compliance.
• Lead recruitment and mentor hourly leads and team members.
• Manage spa inventory, equipment, and regulatory licenses.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Uphold exceptional guest experiences and escalate issues appropriately.
