The Red Rock Spa by Well & Being in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Spa Concierge to warmly welcome guests and provide expert guidance on spa services, treatments, and retail products. You will coordinate appointments by phone and in person, process payments, and manage check-in/check-out with discretion and professionalism.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in customer service or hospitality, luxury retail experience, strong English communication, and a polished, proactive attitude.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years experience in customer service, spa, hospitality, sales and/or retail.
• At least 1 year of luxury retail sales experience.
• Ability to learn, explain all spa treatments and product benefits to guests.
• Sales-driven and customer service-oriented personality.
• Polished, professional with strong written and verbal English.
• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
• Organized, proactive with strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Booker, Book4Time, Spa Soft preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly and inform them about spa services and amenities.
• Schedule coordination and booking of appointments by phone and in person.
• Provide detailed descriptions and guidance on spa services and products.
• Manage check-in/check-out and guest confidentiality.
• Promote, sell, and up-sell spa services, packages, and retail products.
• Maintain spa facilities, lounges, and retail areas throughout the day.
• Communicate guest concerns to Spa Management and escalate as needed.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and disinfection standards per guidelines.
• Complete opening and closing duties and attend mandatory trainings.
