Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide spa information and tours.
• Book and confirm appointments by phone or in person.
• Record transactions accurately in the reservation system.
• Promote spa services and retail products to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain front-desk and spa areas in a clean, organized state.
• Handle opening/closing procedures and PPE compliance.
• Assist in training new staff on front desk procedures.
• Support inventory needs and communicate reorders.
