Job summary

Kohler Co. invites applications for a Spa Attendant at the Burr Ridge location. You will uphold service standards, assist guests in the spa and dining areas, and help maintain the facility and equipment to ensure a superior guest experience.

Ideal candidates have a strong customer service background, are well groomed, and able to work onsite with an outgoing personality and teamwork spirit. CPR training is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma.
• Customer service experience required.
• Prior computer and/or facility maintenance experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Attend to women's or men's Respite Room to maintain order, cleanliness and amenities; replenish towels.
• Perform rounds to ensure neatness and order throughout the facility.
• Attend to the Reception Desk for guest check-in of sandals, robes and lockers.
• Understand basic RIO system operations for view-only purposes and communicate service times.
• Gather used linens and distribute clean linens to storage areas and treatment rooms.
• Assist spa technicians with cleaning baths between client treatments.
• Support maintenance with daily water readings at the Spa Relaxation Pool and keep area tidy.
• Advise Spa Hostess on food and beverage replenishment; assist Group Coordinator with setup tasks.
• Know the Kohler resort and provide guest information; maintain desk, reception and retail area cleanliness.
• Inform Supervisor if additional staff is needed; follow opening/closing procedures.
• Provide food and beverage support and lunches as needed; maintain high level of customer service.
