Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Forbes 5-Star level service and maintain cleanliness.
• Process transactions using the Property Management System.
• Manage reservations accurately and maximize spa capacity.
• Educate guests on retail items and attach therapist names to sales.
• Handle guest feedback and enforce spa policies.
• Assist in training guest services associates.
• Support spa food & beverage operations as needed.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness throughout the spa facility.
