Kohler Co. is seeking a Spa Receptionist II to deliver Forbes 5-Star guest service at our Burr Ridge spa, handling arrivals, departures, and spa transactions onsite.
You will coordinate with therapists, educate guests on spa offerings, and ensure smooth reservations and guest experiences across our extensive treatment menu. This casual part-time role requires strong communication, detail, and multi-tasking.

Location: Onsite - Burr Ridge, IL
Spa Receptionists provide 5-star service to spa guests during arrival/departure, are able to effectively process point-of-sale/cash transactions and have a high level of spa treatments and offerings in addition to resort businesses/activities at all spa locations. Spa Receptionists are also responsible for maintaining positive, professional relationships with spa staff. Spa Receptionists must have excellent communication skills (in person and over the telephone), have the ability to multi-task and have computer/technology abilities.
This is a casual part-time position working weekends and weekdays. Hours vary between 8:00 am - 9:00 pm.

The hourly range for this position is $15.20 - $22.80 plus tips/gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
