Wynn Las Vegas is seeking an Assistant Manager - Spa Operations to partner with the Operations Manager to oversee the refined daily operations of our world-class spa and uphold Wynn Las Vegas standards of excellence. This role provides visionary leadership to cultivate an exceptional team culture and deliver unparalleled guest experiences, while serving as Spa Manager on Duty during designated shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in prestigious luxury spa or resort environments; prior leadership in refined hospitality settings valued.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with composure, meeting deadlines and exercising independent judgment in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate constructive feedback with diplomacy across all levels.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and strategic decision-making capabilities with refined judgment.
• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and administrative acumen with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and strong mathematical competencies.
• Familiarity with Spa management systems such as SpaSoft, HotSOS, Medallia, UKG, Opera is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Wynn and Forbes Five-Star service standards with every guest interaction and team engagement.
• Lead Spa Leads and team members through coaching, training, and performance development.
• Serve as Spa Manager on Duty, coordinating daily operations and escalating issues as needed.
• Oversee labor operations including payroll, vacation, benefits, and licenses.
• Direct hourly recruitment to attract top talent and maintain service standards.
• Educate teams on service offerings and support revenue optimization aligned with goals.
• Manage spa inventory, equipment, and supplies with attention to financial accuracy.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, and safety compliance across all spa facilities.
• Collaborate with management to provide insights and elevate guest experiences.
• Address guest concerns with diplomacy and document incidents per protocol.
• Demonstrate innovative thinking and cross-department collaboration.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and resort amenities.
• Uphold Wynn Resorts' core values and represent the resort with professionalism.
