The Red Rock Spa by Well & Being in Las Vegas is seeking a Spa Operations Lead to assist Spa Management with daily operations, team leadership, reservations, and guest services.

You will oversee training, inventory, payroll, scheduling, and financial reporting, while ensuring Forbes-style service standards and seamless front desk operations. This role demands supervisory experience, luxury hospitality, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year college associate’s degree or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in customer service, spa, hospitality, or retail.
• Polished, professional, and strong written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations and opening/closing functions.
• Lead Spa Concierge team and manage appointments.
• Maintain service standards and train staff.
• Monitor inventory and assist with monthly reports.
