Job summary

Crown & Raine in Pittsburgh is seeking a Front Desk Host to be the face of our luxury head spa experience. You will create an elevated guest journey from arrival to departure, handle scheduling, and support daily operations with warmth and precision.

The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Prior front desk or hospitality experience is preferred; familiarity with Vagaro or similar scheduling software is a plus, and evenings/weekends

Qualifications

• Prior customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer/scheduling software experience (Vagaro or similar is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with a warm, luxury first impression.
• Manage appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs.
• Answer calls, texts, and online inquiries promptly.
• Maintain lobby and retail area presentation.
• Educate clients on services, memberships, and promotions.
• Drive retail sales and recommend products confidently.
• Handle transactions and cash reconciliation.
• Support team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
