Job summary

Crown & Raine in Pittsburgh is seeking a Front Desk Host to be the face of our luxury head spa experience. You will create an elevated guest journey from arrival to departure, handle scheduling, and support daily operations with warmth and precision.

The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Prior front desk or hospitality experience is preferred; familiarity with Vagaro or similar scheduling software is a plus, and evenings/weekends

• Prior customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer/scheduling software experience (Vagaro or similar is a plus).

This role is responsible for creating a seamless, elevated guest experience from the moment clients walk in to the moment they leave. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

• Greet every client with a warm, professional, and luxury-level first impression
• Manage appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs
• Answer phone calls, texts, and online booking inquiries promptly
• Ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby and retail area
• Educate clients on services, memberships, and promotions
• Drive retail sales and recommend products confidently
• Handle transactions, the POS system, and daily cash reconciliation
• Support team members and maintain a positive, team-first environment
• Prior customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Basic computer and scheduling software experience (Vagaro or similar is a plus)
• Availability for evenings and weekends

Compensation

$15 - $20 hourly

• Hourly pay + bonuses + retail commission opportunities
