Job summary

The Woodhouse Spa - Red Bank is seeking a friendly Front Desk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for guests. You will manage appointments, respond to inquiries, and promote spa services and retail products.

Based in Red Bank, NJ, this in-person role requires a polished, professional demeanor, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a luxury environment. You will support housekeeping, maintain inventory, and coordinate with therapists and staff to ensure a seamless

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or luxury retail is required.
• Sales experience, particularly in a high-end or luxury environment, is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Must be able to stand for 8+ hours.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage guest inquiries about services, products, and scheduling.
• Efficiently schedule and confirm appointments, handling bookings, changes, and cancellations.
• Promote and upsell spa services, treatments, and retail products.
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, transactions, and appointments.
• Process payments and balance the cash register at the end of each shift.
• Ensure the front desk area, lobby, and common spaces are clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary materials.
• Support housekeeping and laundry operations, including monitoring linen inventory, folding towels/robes, restocking treatment rooms, and coordinating timely turnover of laundry.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the facility, assisting with light cleaning duties as needed.
• Assist guests with special requests, ensuring all needs are met to create a seamless and luxurious experience.
• Stand and remain attentive throughout the shift, anticipating and addressing guest needs.
• Collaborate with spa therapists, housekeeping staff, managers, and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and elevate issues to management as necessary.
