Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in luxury spa, hotel, or wellness environment.
• Strong knowledge of spa services, treatments, and wellness offerings.
• Experience with spa or hotel booking systems (e.g., Booker, Mindbody, or similar).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for spa guests, delivering warm, polished service.
• Curate personalized spa experiences by recommending treatments and wellness offerings.
• Manage spa reservations, scheduling, confirmations, and guest profiles with precision.
• Coordinate therapist schedules, treatment rooms, and service timing to optimize guest experience and revenue.
• Process payments, retail transactions, and billing per company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and cleanliness of retail displays.
