Mayflower Inn & Spa, Auberge Collection in Washington, CT, seeks a Spa Boutique Retail Attendant to oversee daily boutique and spa retail operations. You will drive guest satisfaction, assist with product selections, and maintain exceptional service standards in a luxury setting.

Responsibilities include inventory, displays, cashiering, and ensuring accurate transactions while supporting spa and resort operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of luxury retail, spa, hospitality, or boutique experience.
• Minimum one year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with boutique merchandise and spa products.
• Anticipate guest needs and recommend products based on preferences.
• Deliver luxury service that reflects Auberge Collection standards.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and ensure complete satisfaction.
• Process purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and all forms of payment accurately.
• Maintain cash drawer balances and complete daily cash reconciliations.
• Follow opening/closing procedures to keep boutique secure and operational.
