Job summary

The Belgrove Resort in West Palm Beach is seeking a Conference Service Manager to secure and develop corporate, wedding, and social events, including Non‑Profits, while maintaining client relationships and driving growth. You will coordinate sales and service activities for events, both on-site and off-site.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in luxury event sales, with strong negotiation, organization, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation systems.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Hospitality is required.
• Two (2) years of Sales or equivalent experience is required.
• CMP Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Book corporate, wedding, and social events at prevailing menu pricing.
• Develop and maintain an office that supports hotel sales and marketing goals.
• Maximize departmental profitability through pricing, up-selling, and accurate billing.
• Monitor group room blocks and release blocked space as needed.
• Prepare and communicate BEOs and resumes; close sales with deposits and signatures.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to meet client expectations and ensure smooth events.
• Lead pre- and post-conference meetings with clients and hotel staff.
