Integral Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge to greet guests, residents, and team members, handle calls, take messages, and provide general information. Qualifications

• One to three years of customer service experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to handle calls, messages, and provide general information.

Responsibilities

• Carries out telephone answering and reception duties as required.
• Takes complete messages with pertinent information and communicates messages to the intended recipient.
• Greets residents and visitors; answers inquiries and gives directions.
• Collates brochures for the marketing department.
• Prepares meal tickets for team members and family members; tallies meal count sheets for Dining staff.
• Updates the Resident Phone List and Roster and Move-In/Move-Out Register daily; logs guests and sign-ins.
• Manages appointments for residents and family members such as hairdresser or transportation.
• Maintains desk and entry area neat and organized; organizes and distributes mail.
• Maintains resident forms for miscellaneous credits.
• Maintains adherence to company policies and procedures; performs other duties as assigned.
