Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking an In Room Dining Server for the Kimpton Miralina Resort in Paradise Valley, AZ. You will receive, prepare and deliver guest orders to guestrooms with attentive service and accuracy, while maintaining cleanliness and hospitality standards.

Responsibilities include stocking work areas, checking VIP lists, coordinating with kitchen staff, delivering trays, and handling guest requests.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Physical requirements: Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prepare and deliver orders and items to guestrooms in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner.
• Stock work areas with china, glassware, linen, coffee pots, and ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Check VIP list and communicate orders to kitchen and the next room service shift.
• Set trays and tables according to established standards and deliver orders per standards.
• Handle guest requests and communicate guest needs to proper department; resolve issues with management.

Education
