L'Ermitage Beverly Hills is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a Five‑Star guest experience. You will work under the Housekeeping management team, performing cleaning, restocking, and detailed maintenance duties with discretion and professionalism.

Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required, with a focus on delivering courteous service and maintaining the privacy and comfort of guests in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of professional cleaning experience; hotel/lodging experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrates a high level of guest service and discretion.
• Must pass a background check and maintain a professional appearance.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and sanitize guestrooms and bathrooms to meet Five‑Star standards.
• Restock amenities and replenish supplies in guest rooms and public areas.
• Check room status in the PMS and communicate with Front Desk as needed.
• Greet guests and respond to requests with courtesy and professionalism.
• Ensure security procedures for keys and safe handling are followed.
