You will greet guests, restock amenities, and collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams to deliver a seamless experience.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year hotel housekeeping experience, a keen eye for detail, and a flexible schedule to cover shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualificações

• 1+ years professional cleaning experience; hotel/lodging environment highly preferred.
• Successful completion of background check.
• Highly detailed with passion for excellence.
• Available and willing to work flexible hours including weekdays and weekends.
• Demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Shows enthusiasm for delivering personalized service in a sophisticated environment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain cleanliness of assigned rooms and public areas to guest satisfaction.
• Greet and assist guests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Monitor and update room status in the Property Management System.
• Restock amenities, towels, and room supplies as needed.
