Job summary

Coach is a global fashion house known for luxury retail experiences and a strong omnichannel approach. The Sales Associate role focuses on delivering elevated service, meeting sales targets, and supporting daily store operations.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in luxury retail, proficiency with POS systems, and strong English language skills. Experience with live-stream shopping or social selling is a plus as we engage a broad customer base.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail (preferred)
Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
Strong English proficiency
Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream shopping experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
Assist with daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising.
