Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to ensure store success through warm, professional customer service and precise POS handling. You will support stock flow, merchandising, and daily operations to create a lasting, premium client experience.

Ideal candidates bring luxury retail exposure, fashion knowledge, and strong English communication. The role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and peak seasons at our Waipahu, Hawaii store.

Qualifications

1+ years of retail experience, preferably luxury retail service.
Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
Familiarity with cash registers, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet) and band communication tools.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in English.
Ability to work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism and provide personalized assistance.
Serve as brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
Operate POS accurately and manage cash wrap per policy.
Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards while capturing customer info where allowed.
Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; maintain stockroom cleanliness.
Maintain stock levels, replenish the floor, and update visual merchandising.
