Qualifications

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English is required.
• At least two years of post-secondary education is preferred.
• One to three years of concierge experience in a luxury environment.
• Previous Four Seasons concierge experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Ability to use a variety of software applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle resident interactions with high hospitality and professionalism; resolve complaints and answer inquiries.
• Process packages, faxes, mail, and deliveries; assist with pet visits, groceries, and other services.
• Control access for residents, vendors, and guests; verify identities and manage security.
• Keep information on local attractions up to date; assist with transportation, tickets, and reservations.
