Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston is seeking a Part Time Overnight Front Desk Receptionist to join our Forbes Five‑Star team. You will check guests in and out, ensure accurate room rates, and manage guest needs with poise and hospitality.

This role requires 2 years of front desk or luxury service experience, strong English skills, and ability to work weekends, nights and holidays in a premium Boston hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High School Degree preferred.
• 2 Years in a front desk role or 2 years’ luxury customer service experience necessary.
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Check in guest in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest name whenever possible.
• Assure that guest is assigned type of room requested and the correct rate is charged.
• Arrange for luggage to be delivered to guest room and issues correct keys to the guest.
• Check out guest at end of stay and ascertain guest satisfaction.
• Settle bill accurately through credit card or cash transaction.
• Maintain a balanced bank assigned by the hotel.
• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
