Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Boston seeks a Residential Concierge to deliver exceptional hospitality to residents at One Dalton Street. You will manage requests, assist with residence/hotel services, and provide local guidance with a focus on guest satisfaction and seamless experiences.

The role requires 1–3 years of concierge experience in a luxury setting, strong English communication, and proficiency with multiple software systems. Weekend, night, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have reading, writing, and spoken English proficiency.
• Two years of post-secondary education preferred.
• One to three years of concierge experience in a luxury environment.
• Previous Four Seasons concierge experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to use a variety of software.

Responsibilities

• Handles resident interactions with high hospitality and professionalism; accommodates special requests; resolves complaints; assists with inquiries about residence/hotel services, hours, staff, events, directions.
• Processes packages, faxes, messages, and mail; stores and retrieves packages; assists with vehicle retrieval if requested.
• Manages building access for vendors and homeowners; schedules vendors; verifies identity; controls entry doors and elevator access.
• Maintains security and restricts access during overnight hours.
• Keeps information about local attractions updated; recommends activities and arranges transportation, tickets, and reservations for residents.
• Updates homeowner profiles with relevant information.
• Works harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors.
• Willingness to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality and possess a keen attention to detail to join our Residential team as a Residential Concierge!

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Handles all resident interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism – accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves resident complaints; assists residents in all inquiries in connection with residence/hotel/resort services, hours of operations, key residence/hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to all resident requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and residence practices.

• Processes packages, faxes, messages, and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming in an accurate and timely manner; stores and retrieves resident packages, groceries, luggage, dry cleaning and flowers. Assists retrieval of resident’s vehicles if requested.

• Manages and provides access to the building(s) and units with all vendor/contractor/homeowners’ service providers and visitors, after previous authorization received, assists with vendor/contractor scheduling, verifies identity and provides appropriate residence access for vendor/contractors and homeowners’ service providers. Controls entry doors and elevator/lift access.

• Maintains security and restricts access to non-authorized individual during overnight hours

• Ensures that collateral and information for vendors, restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are updated and current. Is knowledgeable about what activities are available in the local vicinity (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing) and establishes close relationships with vendors in these areas in order to provide information, transportation, ticketing, and reservations for residents.

• Updates homeowner profiles with any relevant information

• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors

• Ability to work, weekend, nights and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

• At least two years of post-secondary education is preferred

• One to three years of concierge experience in a luxury environment

• Previous Four Seasons concierge experience is preferred

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to use variety of software
