Excellence Services seeks a Private Family Assistant with driving and logistics focus in Atherton, CA. This on-site role blends personal assistance, transportation, and operational coordination for a high‑profile household.

You will work with the House Manager and PA team on logistical support, regional driving, and project oversight while maintaining confidentiality. The position requires non-exempt full-time hours, 40 hours/week, and some travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a hybrid Personal Assistant or Chauffeur role.
• Luxury/private household experience preferred.
• Clean California driver’s license; Bay Area familiarity.
• Proficient with G Suite, iPhone, MacBook, and modern task tools.
• Highly organized, punctual, and discreet.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, professional transportation of Principal within the Bay Area and statewide when needed.
• Maintain vehicle presentation and servicing schedules; manage upkeep.
• Run daily and ad hoc errands, shopping, courier services, returns, banking.
• Respond quickly to schedule changes, airport runs, or late-night logistics.
• Coordinate vendor visits and manage project timelines with discretion.
