Job summary

Four Seasons welcomes a Overnight Guest Relations Agent to join our luxury resort operations team in Napa Valley. You will deliver seamless guest service across Front Desk and Guest Services, both independently and with the overnight team, ensuring memorable experiences for guests.

Responsibilities include managing reservations and billing, coordinating dining and transportation, and supporting night-time operations while upholding Four Seasons’ high standards of service and discretion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous luxury hospitality or hotel operations experience preferred.
• Strong guest service mindset with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by welcoming, checking in, and assisting guests throughout their stay.
• Manage front desk operations including reservations, billing, payments, and guest communications.
• Provide concierge-style support by coordinating dining reservations, transportation, local experiences, and special requests.
• Assist with bell and valet services including luggage handling, guest escorts, vehicle parking and transportation.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns, ensuring effective service recovery and satisfaction.
• Support overnight resort operations through guest deliveries, room service assistance, safety walkthroughs, and tasks.
• Collaborate with departments to maintain seamless luxury hospitality standards.
