Job summary

Four Seasons Napa Valley seeks a Turndown Attendant to join our luxury Housekeeping team. You will prepare guest rooms for turndown, refresh amenities, and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort throughout the resort.

This part-time, on-site position requires attention to detail and English literacy; prior hotel housekeeping experience is preferred. We offer hourly pay, complimentary meals, and 401k retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in a luxury hotel in Housekeeping or equivalent with Four Seasons or another organization.
• Knowledge and the ability to operate cleaning equipment.
• Ability to read and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Clean and/or refresh guest rooms as assigned by management and in accordance with hotel standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and take ownership of concerns and requests; act decisively to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Receive and complete guest requests such as extra pillows, blankets, towels, etc.
• Prepare unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests.
• Close drapes, adjust lighting, play music, and restock towels/amenities.
• Report any damages or missing items to the supervisor/manager.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in good working order when not in use.
• Communicate room deficiencies and any early work completion to the supervisor.
